Crude Oil & Petroleum Based Feedstock Tests:

Klean Carbon performs tests with each new customer and its feedstock. These tests are required to quantify the value of feedstock and the finished products that can be produce via thermal conversion system. These test also enable our engineering team to recommend technology and solutions for producing the best end products and the best plant designs.

In Klean’s laboratory we have several test units is available for initial screening purposes. Purpose of the initial test is to analyze the viability of the feedstock for the pyrolysis and gasification processing. Between 25 and 50 kg of feedstock is required from the customer for these tests, depending on the nature of the feedstock.

Klean and its partners have extensive laboratory facilities, these facilities feature testing testing technologies that go beyond the capibilities of tradional analysis. The dedicated R&D laboratory offers a range of experimental equipment that is available for combustion, gasification, pyrolysis and contract research, including test rigs, gas cleaning reactors, a flame tunnel, and test engines.
